This location can do no wrong! My wife and I love coming here, the cinco shake is our personal favorite. This time we got the Mike's Sandwich and it blew us away. A fried egg with provolone cheese on a bagel with cream cheese. We added sausage, and you can have these ingredients on your choice of bread (doesn't have to be a bagel). You have GOT to try this!
Really nice staff since corporate took over. The guy at the counter put a lot of care into the Cinco shake I ordered, and my bagel was perfect.
Came in on a Saturday for a little break. I sat and read my book comfortably and peacefully. The coffee was great and the food was fresh. This is an "express" location so the menu is limited but still plenty of options (even vegetarian ones)!
Love the Chicken Feta and Hummus & Veggie Wraps. I enjoy the @MBRAtrium then pick the wraps to go!
Went to check out library and decided to have a coffee too. Nice assortment of coffee and tea options. Hot or cold. Offers light meals and tempting pastries as well. Sat by the fireplace and enjoyed our coffees while watching the snow fall outside. Great place the check out a book, enjoy a beverage and fire.
The coffee tastes good but the hours are short for example closed on Sunday and open at 7am otherwise I would love to go more often but our schedules do not always sync
Staff was friendly. Coffee and bagel sandwiches were quite good. Nice places to sit and relax if you'd like.
First, the coffee. Spot coffee has my all time favorite coffee. If I didn't have such a sweet tooth, I could drink their coffee black. Instead of my usual 4 Splenda I usually put in, say, Tim Hortons coffee, I tend to only use 2 at spot coffee. Now for this location.... This is, by far, my favorite place to hang out. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the atmosphere is wonderful. And a part of that is thanks to the amazing staff at this location. I have never had a more friendly crew take my order and make my coffee. Everyone who works here is just so lovely that it's a driving force for me continuing to come back. They're quick, accurate, and in my opinion the perfect level of friendly and happy that I want out of a barista. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, and that just adds to my wanting wanting support this Cafe. Not once has anyone seemed miserable or Unfriendly. Genuinely, I could talk in circles about how amazing this crew is. I hope that they get paid what they are worth, because they are what makes me want to keep coming back, not the coffee. I cannot express how much it means to me to have such a safe and inviting space to get some work done, with such amazing staff on hand.
